These white meat chicken fillets are so moist, and is a quick way to upgrade your dinner. Our animals get exercise and diet while living on grass so they will be leaner than the “commercial” chicken. Even though this is most often quick-cooked, if you cook it slow, and with some sort of liquid the result will be a more tender chicken.
