The way it works is you buy a share of the dairy cow herd and then pay a monthly BOARDING FEE for Fitrah Farms to board, feed, manage, and milk the cows which is $25/month for a 1/2 HERD SHARE. There is a one-time SHARE SIGNUP FEE of $30 for a 1/2 HERD SHARE. If you own 1/2 share, you will get about 1/2 gallon of milk per week. You will be charged $25 at the beginning of each month. You can cancel at any time and receive a prorated refund for your boarding fee.
Please read over the Herd-Share Agreement, Delivery Information, and Safe Handling of Milk Info that is on this page. You are not considered a Share Holder until payment is received and Herd-Share Agreement is Signed. Only Share Holders can acquire milk from their cows.
