Half Gallon Glass Mason Jars are extremely difficult to find right now, and if you do find them they are expensive. If you choose to get your own mason jars they must be half-gallon, wide-mouth, and the same shape as the ones we provide. Amazon (buy here) has them right now online, but it is a hit or miss trying to locate these jars in stores and they are expensive. For that reason please take care not to break your jars because they aren’t cheap or easy to replace.
