Grassfed Beef Neck Bones

Our beef neck bones are full of healthy nutrients, since they come from grass-fed, grass-finished beef. These bones can be simmered for a few hours to add rich flavor to broths and sauces.
When simmered in water, they’ll make an excellent broth for beef soup or stew. Add vegetables after you remove the bones from the pot, and then finish the soup with the shredded beef. Shredded neck meat also makes wonderful ravioli or other stuffed pasta.
