New York Strip steaks are one of the more tender cuts and are great for grilling, they also have a reasonably large rim of fat on the side which gives it a robust taste.

Since our beef is aged for 21 days, plus processing days, it will be ready for delivery within 3.5 weeks.

~Weight is approximately 12 oz /- 0.25 lbs. Always fresh vacuum-sealed packages.
