Liver is high in vitamins A, D, E, K, B12 and folic acid, and minerals such as copper and iron. Usually associated with onions in the classic dish, beef liver can also make a new addition to stir-fries or served with flavorful gravies. Best when seared quickly, a medium-rare, beef liver is both tender and creamy!
